This policy explains how NaVasSys ("we", "us") handles information on navassys.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. We also receive basic technical data such as your IP address when you submit the form, which we use for security and spam prevention.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the site and handle messages: Namecheap for web hosting and email, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect the contact form from spam (it processes technical data such as your IP address under Google's privacy policy). These providers process data only to provide their services.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, the approximate country and city of visitors, and the device type, browser and operating system. Analytics cookies are set only if you click "Accept analytics" in the banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses. We do not use this data for advertising.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a limited period afterwards, then delete them. If you want your information deleted sooner, contact us.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, using the contact form. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws and we will honor valid requests.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
