From first conversation to handover

A free consultation to understand your situation, the people involved, what has been tried and what success looks like. We tell you plainly whether we are the right fit.
You receive: a short written summary of the problem and a proposed next step.
Assess
We examine the real system: architecture, cloud configuration, code, tests, costs and processes. We talk to the people who run it, because they know where the problems are.
You receive: a written assessment with findings ranked by impact and effort, and options with costs and risks.
Deliver
We deliver in short cycles with regular demonstrations. Work is tested automatically and each step is verified before the next begins. Project management keeps scope, schedule and risk visible.
You receive: working, tested results at every stage, with regular status reports.
Support and hand over
We keep systems running under a support agreement, or document what we built, write runbooks and walk your team through it. You are never locked in by missing knowledge.
You receive: ongoing support and reporting, or documentation, runbooks and a team that can run the work.

Engagement options
We agree the structure in writing before work starts, and pick the one that fits the problem.
Dedicated team
A cross-functional team, for example project and program management, full-stack developers, QA and junior engineers, on a monthly service contract that scales with your workload.
Maintenance and support agreement
Ongoing care for your websites, applications and products: fixes, upgrades, monitoring and incident response with agreed response targets.
Fixed-scope project
A defined piece of work with a clear deliverable, such as a build, a migration plan, an architecture review or a first AI prototype.
Staff augmentation and advisory
Individual engineers added to your team, or access to an experienced architect for reviews and decisions without a large commitment.
